Shipping & delivery
How long until my order arrives?
Everything here is made to order, so there's a short making window before it ships. Handling usually takes 2-5 business days, then delivery takes 2-8 business days. Made-to-order pieces can take up to 14 business days in total. You'll get a tracking number the moment it's on its way.
How much is shipping?
UK delivery is a flat £4.93, and free on orders over £30. That's the whole story, no surprises at checkout.
Where do you ship?
The UK, for now. We're working on European delivery next, so watch this space.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel ships you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Follow it any time to see where your order has got to.
Returns & problems
Can I return something I'm not happy with?
Because everything here is printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are made specifically for you, so they're only returnable if they arrive damaged, faulty, or aren't what you ordered. If that happens, email mynrgstore@gmail.com and we'll put it right, reprint or refund, and we cover it. Your statutory rights are unaffected, and the full detail lives in our Refund Policy.
What if it arrives damaged or not right?
Email mynrgstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. If the fault is ours we cover return shipping and put it right. We'd rather fix it than have you stuck with something wrong.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us as soon as you can. We can usually catch an order before it goes to print, but once production has started it can't be stopped.
Check your design before you order
Personalised pieces are printed exactly as you design them, so please double-check spelling, sizing and placement before you check out. Mis-prints caused by a design error can't be refunded.
Ordering the same piece in bulk? Order one first as a test, so you're happy with the print, fit and colour before you commit to a bigger run. If it's not right, you've only spent one item's worth finding out.

How is my item made?
It's printed to order in the UK and shipped straight to you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, and nothing gets thrown away unsold. That's why there's a small making time before dispatch.
Do you do personalised designs?
Yes. Pick a piece, add your design, and we print it. If you're not sure what's possible, email us and we'll talk it through.
